ACCOUNT LIAISON
Sales and Marketing
We are currently seeking an Account Liaison for our Sales and Marketing department. The Account Liaison is responsible for supporting the sales & marketing staff and coordinating new and ongoing business activities to include handling general information calls; establishing relationships with post production facilities; coordinating consumer advisory group meetings; preparing reports, proposals, and correspondence for sales staff and monitoring trades for articles about client and new business potential.
Candidates must have a high school diploma; some college a plus; two years prior office experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent organizational and follow-up skills; ability to cope with changing priorities and daily deadlines; ability to deal with both internal and external contacts in a professional and courteous manner; familiarity with Windows 95/NT and MSWord helpful.
