NCI Receivable Media Specifications
•Receivable media includes videotape, DVD, CD and digital video/audio.
•NCI can accept almost all commonly used media formats including digital formats (DV, DVCAM, DVCPRO, DVCPRO 50 and MiniDV) and digital high definition formats (HDV, HDCAM, HDCAM SR, DVCPRO HD and D-5). Additional charges may apply for some formats.
•Delivery of digital media can be by tape, Internet file transfer (FTP), CD or DVD
•For work copies that will not be used for encoding or layback, MPEG-1, QuickTime, DVD and VHS media with visible time code are preferred. Blu-ray projects require both SD and HD visible time code.
Please make every effort to provide a script. The script is often our only source for the proper spellings of characters and fictional places, as well as hard-to-understand slang and fictional languages. Provision of a script enhances the end product and is much appreciated.
